REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Diamond Dazzle Decor, each arrangement is custom-prepared and time-sensitive. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of balloons, our policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the unique risks associated with balloon products.
ALL SALES FINAL
Because balloons are made-to-order and cannot be restocked or reused, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
- Cancellations made within this window may be eligible for a store credit.
- Changes or cancellations requested less than 48 hours in advance may not be accommodated.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If there is an issue with your order upon delivery (incorrect items, missing items, or damage), you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
BALLOON PERFORMANCE & RISKS
Balloons are sensitive to environmental conditions and handling. We cannot guarantee float time or condition once the order has been delivered or picked up due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme temperatures (heat or cold)
- Direct sunlight or UV exposure
- Wind, rain, or outdoor conditions
- Sharp objects or rough handling
- Altitude changes or transport after pickup
These factors may cause balloons to deflate, oxidize, or pop prematurely and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
FLOAT TIME DISCLAIMER
Float times are estimates only and may vary depending on environment and care. While we use professional treatments to extend float time, we cannot guarantee a specific duration.
MISSED OR FAILED DELIVERY
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time, the order may be left in a safe location at our discretion.
- Redelivery may be subject to additional fees. Refunds are not issued for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or unavailability.
WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by severe weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer a store credit where applicable.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DELIVERY
Once the order has been delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer. Proper care is required to maintain balloon quality.
FLOAT TIME DISCLAIMER
Float time varies depending on balloon type, size, and conditions. While we treat latex balloons to extend float time, we cannot guarantee a specific duration.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Recipient unavailability
- Restricted access locations (e.g., condos, offices, gated properties)
If re-delivery is required, additional fees may apply.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Outdoor balloon setups are subject to weather risks. We are not liable for damage caused by wind, rain, humidity, or other environmental factors once setup is complete.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
- Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for store credit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable due to preparation and material costs.
CUSTOM & EVENT INSTALLATIONS
For large installations or custom décor, specific terms may be outlined in your invoice or contract. Deposits for event bookings are non-refundable.
