Rental Policy
At Diamond Dazzle Decor Inc., our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience from booking to breakdown. Please take a moment to review our policies so everything goes smoothly on your big day.
Our Rentals We take great pride in offering luxury, high-quality rental items. As pre-loved pieces, some items may show minor signs of wear, this is normal and does not affect their beauty or function. Please note that all inventory is delivery and pickups.
Rental Fees Listed prices reflect the rental item only. Delivery, tax, and service fees will be added to your quote. Please note that additional fees of $100 or more may apply for difficult access situations (e.g., stairs, no freight elevator, long entry walkways) if not disclosed prior to your delivery date.
Diamond Dazzle Decor Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to our policy guidelines.
How Booking Works After submitting your Wishlist, you'll receive an automatic email requesting key event details (event time, event type, etc.). Please reply promptly — we'll then send over your quote.
You'll have 48 hours to pay the minimum deposit of 25% to secure your rentals. If payment isn't received within that window, your Wishlist will be canceled and your selected items may become unavailable.
- Balance due: 7 days before your event
- Booking within 7 days of your event: Full balance due at time of booking
- Late payment: A $50 fee applies if full payment isn't received 7 days prior
- No payment within 5 days of event: Reservation will be canceled with no refund or credit issued
Changes to Your Order Once your reservation is confirmed and payment is made, your rentals are locked in. Any changes to your order after confirmation may be subject to a 5% modification fee and will follow the same booking terms.
Cancellations We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, please notify us by email as soon as possible. Please be aware that all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Minimum Reservation Requirement For deliveries more than 20 miles from our location, a minimum rental of $300 (before taxes and fees) is required. No minimum applies for deliveries within 20 miles. Please verify your distance before submitting a Wishlist.
Delivery & Pickup All rentals are for up to 12 hours (delivery to pickup), during our standard hours of 9am–10pm, Monday–Sunday. Your delivery window will be scheduled within a 1-hour arrival timeframe (e.g., between 1pm–2pm) — please plan accordingly.
- Early delivery (before 9am) or late pickup (after 10pm): Additional fees apply
- Setup & breakdown: Plan for a minimum of 1 hour on each end
- Inaccessible property at delivery time: A $100 inconvenience fee will be charged
Liability The client is responsible for ensuring the event venue is safe and accessible. Diamond Dazzle Decor Inc and its employees are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the actions of event guests or non-Diamond Dazzle Decor Inc staff. By renting with us, the client agrees to release Diamond Dazzle Decor Inc from any related claims or legal fees.
Loss & Damage We ask that all rental items be treated with care. Any item returned broken or damaged will be charged at up to 5x the rental cost. Damage includes (but is not limited to) issues caused by wind, water, extreme temperatures, or improper handling.
Please note that Diamond Dazzle Decor Inc cannot be held responsible for weather-related damage. All damage will be assessed promptly after your event and photographed on-site whenever possible.
